Am I to young to meet with a recruiter or OSO?

I am 15 years old and have been wanting to be a Marine Corps officer since I was in 6th grade. My family has a very long history in the military and I feel an urge to serve. I would love to go to Annapolis after Highschool, then go into the corps as an Infantry officer. My question is am I to young to meet with OSO or recruiter to talk to him about my path to the Marines?

yes for both, enlisted recruiters won't talk with you until you're 17 I believe. An OSO won't even look at you unless your a Freshmen in college and at least 18/19 years old.
